The Aviation Institute of Maintenance's Chicago campus at 3711 S. Ashland Avenue offers the Aviation Maintenance Technician certificate with day, evening, and weekend class options. The 137,992-square-foot campus is among the largest aviation maintenance schools in the U.S., with a 32,000-square-foot hangar housing airframe and powerplant labs, welding and paint rooms, an avionics laboratory, and a Tuskegee Airmen replica aircraft, the Red Tail.
