About this school
Sacramento City College maintains an FAA-approved two-year Aircraft Maintenance Technician Program that trains students as airframe and powerplant technicians at its McClellan location. Founded in 1932, it is one of the oldest A&P schools in the world; the four-semester program qualifies graduates to test for the A&P certificate, and the college reports that graduates typically achieve a 100% pass rate on the FAA written, oral, and practical exams.
